Course Content
Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It involves applying finger or thumb pressure to specific points on the hands and feet. These points are called reflexes and they reflect, or mirror, the organs and structures of the body as well as a person’s emotional health. In this way, the hands and feet are mini maps or microcosms of the body that can be used to encourage holistic healing.
Course Structure
Theory is online ( Beauty Guild registration fee £25 ) and a link will be emailed to you to activate this. Theory must be completed prior to your practical input at our academy. Elements of the theory will be recapped on your practical day where our own professional routine is also taught. . Our aim is to focus working on real models to give you confidence to perform the treatment afterwards. Each short course includes all the resources for your training & models are provided too. Kits are not provided but recommended brands are discussed on your training day.
