Course Content Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a slow rhythmic “pumping” manual technique intended to stimulate and mobilize stagnant lymph towards the nearest lymph node for the removal of systemic waste and relief of swelling. The Brazilian method is primarily designed for cosmetic purposes, it blends traditional lymphatic drainage massage techniques with sculpting/contouring techniques in targeted areas & also helps reduce the appearance of cellulite. This course combines both the normal MLD vodder techniques on the whole body alongside some Brazilian sculpting MLD techniques that can be used in targeted areas such as the abdomen and gluteals.
Course Structure Theory & practical will be covered at our academy on your training date. A manual / class notes will be issued to every student. We pride ourselves that you work on real models to give yourself confidence to perform the treatment afterwards. Each short course includes all the resources for your training & models are provided too.
