Course Content
The art of aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils, in order to help improve both the physical and emotional well-being of a client, by treating the whole person. The basis of aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, and their ability to be absorbed into the blood stream through the skin or respiratory system. These oils initiate chemical changes through their reactions with hormones and enzymes, affecting both body and mind. This course will teach you everything you need to know to carry out a professional aromatherapy treatment using pre-blended oils with a manual lymphatic draining massage routine.
Course Structure
Theory & practical will be covered at our academy on your training date. A manual / class notes will be issued to every student. We pride ourselves that you work on real models to give yourself confidence to perform the treatment afterwards. Each short course includes all the resources for your training & models are provided too. Kits are not provided but recommended brands are discussed on your training day.
